Placing Your Order

There are three easy ways to order products from Rinse Bath & Body. You can shop our website using our secure shopping cart or place an order via fax to 866.426.7119 at any time. To place an order by phone, simply call 404.556.8067 between 9am and 4pm EST Monday-Friday.

Ordering Process

Rinse Bath & Body's products are produced by hand in small batches to ensure quality, freshness and personal attention. Due to our "fresh process", lead times may vary but will average 5 business days. Please allow time for personal attention to be paid to the production of your order and additional time for delivery.

• Checks* & Money Orders

All orders will be held until proper payment is received.
*All checks will have a 10 day process time, and any check returned will incur a $30.00 processing fee.

Shipping

Orders are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or by Fedex. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6% will be added to any order shipped to Georgia.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products being sold fresh, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If any product arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping, we will issue a refund or replacement as per the customer's request. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting us at 404-556-8067, explaining the nature of the return and receiving an RMA number.

Report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product to our offices within 5 days of the ship date. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened.

Backorders

Customers will be contacted via phone or email at any time a product is not available at the time of shipping. Wholesale orders with backorders totaling less than $15.00 will not be shipped but instead must be reordered.

Privacy

Rinse Bath & Body respects all of our customers' privacy and never share or sell any information. All information submitted to our company is considered strictly confidential and private.
