Fresh: All orders are made fresh (not frozen) once they are received. Because of this, patience is a virtue, but thank goodness you won't need too much of it. All orders placed from our Signature Line will be ready to go in 7-10 business days at the most. Custom orders are always welcomed (it keeps us on our toes) but may take a little longer for r&d and ingredient sourcing.
Natural: This word means many things to many people. Bigger words on the labels doesn't necessarily mean better. We like going back to the basics. As natural as we can, that is with the exception of a few to-die-for fragrances, non-paraben preservatives (only when needed) & bubbles when they are a client's absolute must. We have many 100% natural products to treat from head to toe along with Vegan selections for those discerning clients.
Handmade: Yes, everything is handmade, from scratch.
